Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Contact vehicle sellers by phone, email, text and other approved channels.
• Conduct car-buying appointments with customers.
• Explain the value of our service and guide customers through purchasing process.
• Inspect and test drive vehicles as part of the purchasing process.
• Negotiate purchase offers and complete vehicle purchase transactions.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up activities.
• Meet or exceed sales and activity goals.
• Keep branch organized and professional.
