Job summary

Ashton North LLC is seeking a Program Manager with automotive program management experience to guide cross-functional teams through full project lifecycles from initiation to closure. You will lead planning, execution, monitoring and transition to manufacturing with an emphasis on delivering on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.

The role requires 4–9 years of PM experience, strong MS Office skills, and willingness to travel up to 25% to support customers and manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical field.
• 4–9 years of program/project management experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver programs meeting SOW, timing, cost and quality requirements.
• Develop and baseline project plans including scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, resources and communication.
• Manage execution, risk mitigation, and change management to ensure on-time delivery.
• Track performance against timeline, budget, and KPIs; communicate status to stakeholders.
