Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of project or program management experience; or 6 years with a master's, or a PhD with 3 years of experience.
• Experience leading complex product development, launch, or cross-functional programs.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple automotive vehicle programs from concept through launch and post-launch.
• Organize cross-functional teams, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Develop and maintain program plans, budgets, staffing, and governance.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and leadership on status and risks.
• Monitor performance, cost, timing, quality, and launch readiness.
