Job summary

CAMACO LLC is seeking a Program Manager – Automotive Seating to lead cross-functional teams through new product launches, engineering changes, and customer programs. You will manage timelines, budgets, and risk, while ensuring APQP and IATF 16949 compliance and strong customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain activities, tracking KPIs, and driving launch readiness from award to ramp-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, manufacturing, operations management, or related field.
• 5+ years of automotive program management experience.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, and control plans.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive customer requirements.
• Strong project management, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Experience with seating systems or automotive manufacturing processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead automotive seating programs from award through launch and ramp-up.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
• Develop and maintain program timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Drive APQP deliverables, PFMEA, control plans, and PPAP readiness.
• Monitor program KPIs and communicate status to customers and leadership.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and customer requirements.
