Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; typically two plus years of experience.
• Solves problems with technical judgment and meets deadlines.
• Can explain moderately complex information concisely.
• Demonstrated engineering aptitude and knowledge of APQP processes.
• Good written and presentation skills; ability to draw/manipulate 3D data in CAD software.

Responsibilities

• Liaison between the Customer and Cooper Standard for vehicle component designs meeting targets.
• Manage engineering activities including design reviews, 3D data, drawings, prototypes, DV and PV testing.
• Attend program team meetings, supplier technical reviews, and run at rate events as required.
• Release engineering change requests and manage program data and documents in PLM.
