Job summary

Impact Employment Solutions is seeking a Production Engineering Lead for an automotive manufacturing operation in Dublin, Georgia. The role focuses on improving manufacturing processes, supporting equipment and tooling needs, and helping production teams achieve consistent, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include leading process-improvement efforts, optimizing tooling and readiness, and applying Lean principles to drive performance improvements across production lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Automotive manufacturing experience preferred.
• Korean/English bilingual capability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead process-improvement and manufacturing-standardization efforts.
• Support equipment improvements, tooling, and production readiness.
• Analyze production performance and implement practical improvements.
• Partner with production and engineering teams to resolve process challenges.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing and continuous-improvement principles.
