Job summary

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive process stability, workforce effectiveness, and cross-functional collaboration, shaping production plans, budgets, and strategic initiatives for the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (Automotive preferred).
• 5+ years manufacturing leadership experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt strongly desired.
• Experience implementing world-class manufacturing systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Guide department activities to meet design, production, and cost targets.
• Plan projects by analyzing technology trends and market demand.
• Coordinate production with planning and distribution to meet customer needs.
• Lead and develop personnel to ensure efficient operations and quality targets.
