Job summary

Hicks Automotive Group in Robstown, Texas is seeking an Automotive Product Specialist to greet customers on the lot, understand their needs, and present Mitsubishi model features and benefits. You will become the vehicle expert, guide delivery, follow up on leads via CRM, and build long-lasting customer relationships.

Training provided; strong communication and people skills are essential. This role offers a base pay of $2,500 per month plus performance bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle expert.

• Follow up daily on sales leads using CRM.
• Build enriching, long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Maintain strong knowledge of all new vehicle makes and models.

Pay Range: $2,500 monthly salary + unit volume bonus + production bonus!

• Become an expert on all Mitsubishi model features and customer benefits and how they compare to the features and benefits of key competitors’ models.
• Assist clients in identifying the right vehicle to fulfills their wants and needs.
• Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle expert. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies.
• Customize vehicle delivery while ensuring that the client understands the vehicle's operational feature.
• Follow up daily on all sales leads from a variety of sources using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
• Initiate and cultivate enriching and long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Maintain strong knowledge base of all new vehicle makes and model.
• Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day.
