Subaru of Rochester is seeking a skilled automotive technician to perform inspections, repairs, and component installations on new and used vehicles. This role requires an active NYS Inspector license and a clean driving record, with a focus on precision and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will work closely with the service team to ensure repairs meet dealership and manufacturer specifications, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to a safe, high‑quality customer

Qualifications

• NYS Inspector license is mandatory.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills and ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• Positive, friendly attitude with eagerness to improve.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment; collaborate effectively with others.

Responsabilités

• Complete pre-delivery inspection of new vehicles per manufacturer specifications.
• Complete NY State inspections of sold vehicles.
• Install accessories on sold vehicles.
• Complete used car inspections and repairs to prepare inventory for sale.
• Perform work per repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate with Service Advisor.
• Execute repairs to dealership and manufacturer specifications.
