Job summary

Mid-Hudson Subaru – VIP Automotive Group of Long Island is seeking Automotive Technicians (A, B & C level) to join our professional team in a full-time capacity. You will diagnose, repair, and program vehicles, working Monday–Saturday with pay based on experience and certifications.

We offer weekly production bonuses, year-end gala recognition, tool relocation, and full coverage of ASE certifications and training, with technicians often earning 45+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing vehicles.
• Must meet essential duties with or without accommodation.
• ASE trained or Subaru certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and complete necessary repairs.
• Complete software updates and key programming.
• Collaborate with parts department to secure needed parts.
• Inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs.
• Document all work performed on repair orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer vehicles and work areas.
• Support and train apprentice technicians.
• Stay up to date on manufacturer bulletins and training.

Automotive Technician (A, B & C Level)

Job Type: Full-Time 5-day work week

Pay: $50,000 - $120,000 a year (based on experience and qualifications)

Schedule: Monday – Saturday
