Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Systems Engineer – Automotive Power Systems to design and integrate low-voltage power architectures for next‑gen vehicles. Focus areas include 12V/48V architectures, system-level integration, and functional safety per ISO 26262.

You will collaborate with engineering teams to ensure power distribution meets performance, packaging, and hardware requirements while coordinating across workstreams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics/Automotive/Systems Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in design/analysis/verification of automotive low-voltage power systems.
• Experience with 12V and/or 48V power supply systems.
• Experience applying ISO 26262 functional safety standards.
• Ability to use AI tools for analysis, optimization, or problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop 12V and 48V power architectures for new vehicle platforms.
• Apply systems engineering to understand vehicle-level requirements and use cases.
• Cascade requirements to components and subsystems.
• Implement ISO 26262 functional safety for power architectures.
• Coordinate with power supply controls for 12V/48V management.
• Support integration and validation of power supply components.
• Collaborate with teams to meet performance and packaging requirements.
• Coordinate and align engineering workstreams.
