Job summary

Ford Motor Company is shaping the future of automotive electrification. The Low Voltage Power Supply Applications team seeks engineers to integrate DCDC converters, ultracapacitors, 48V batteries, and capacitors into next‑gen vehicles.

You will lead electrical modules through design to production, collaborating with suppliers and Core Electronics Module Design Team, ensuring quality and on-time launches in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience with electrical modules and PCB/circuit design.
• 3+ years delivering electrical modules to production.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Implement low-voltage power supply module hardware from architecture to launch in vehicles.
• Drive program execution with processes, sign-offs, and documentation and manage GPDS milestones.
• Lead root cause analyses for packaging and electrical design and implement corrective actions.
• Facilitate engineering reviews with stakeholders and work with Core Electronics Module Design Team.
• Coordinate with module suppliers on timing plans and support vehicle architecture packaging.
