Schomp BMW in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Portfolio Advisor to lead client retention and create an extraordinary customer experience. You will perform outreach, consult on current ownership or lease status, and review options to trade-in, purchase, or lease a new vehicle.

Responsibilities include building rapport with customers through calls, email, or messaging; scheduling consultations; evaluating vehicles with Carfax and valuation tools; and guiding customers through vehicle selection

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Automotive sales experience with proven targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of auto financing, protection packages, and dealership operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform outreach to portfolio customers to explore trade-ins, lease options or new vehicle options.
• Schedule personalized consultation appointments with customers.
• Explain financing or leasing terms and offer protection packages.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and client interactions.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and title teams to complete transactions.
