Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Responsibilities

• Greet incoming service customers and direct them to the service advisor for check-in
• Perform vehicle walk-around inspection
• Prepare customer vehicle with protective items: mats, covers, and tags
• Check and fill washer fluid
• Assist cashier's and rental agents with customer rentals and car pick-up
• Retrieve vehicles at drop-off and pick-up
• Drive vehicles from service lane to parking lot or service stalls
• Clean customer vehicles after service (automatic car wash)
• Check in rental vehicles, clean exterior and interior, and replenish fuel
• Maintain appearance of the service drive and lot
• Prepare supplies for vehicle check-in
• Assist with inventory vehicles to maintain dealership standards
• Provide local transportation with dealership shuttle vehicle

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule, including some weekends
• Neat appearance; uniforms provided
• Positive attitude, confidence, eagerness to improve, outgoing personality
• Professional attitude and excellent customer service skills
• Ability to drive both standard and automatic vehicles
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Reliable transportation to and from work
