Cole Buick GMC Cadillac in Portage, MI is offering a trainee role to support the service department while gaining hands-on experience. You will learn how to assist customers, move and prepare vehicles, and participate in repair order processes under the guidance of Service Advisors.

The role emphasizes a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to grow into a Service Advisor position within a collaborative team.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the service department with daily operations and customer needs.
• Move, park, and organize customer and dealership vehicles safely.
• Wash and clean vehicles.
• Drive/shuttle customers to and from nearby locations.
• Keep the service drive and customer areas clean and organized.
• Learn service department processes, customer communication, and repair order procedures.
• Work alongside experienced Service Advisors while developing the skills to advance into the role.
