Job summary

Napleton Nissan seeks a Porter to maintain vehicle cleanliness and appearance and to transport vehicles and customers as needed at the Mid Rivers dealership. The role supports dealership operations and ensures lot presentation meets brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Ability to safely operate machinery and hand/power tools.
• Willingness to undergo a background check.

Responsibilities

• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly and move units as directed by managers and display standards.
• Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed.
• Assist with customer deliveries.
• Ensure all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom.
• Pick up vehicles from storage and deliver to storage and other dealerships.
• Assist with weather-related cleanup as necessary.
• Perform building and grounds maintenance as needed.
• Other functions and projects may be assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Sales/Service managers and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed
• Assisting with customer deliveries
• Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom
• Picking up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships
• Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary
• Building and grounds maintenance as needed
• Other functions and special projects may be assigned

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to handle machinery safely
• Ability to drive a manual & automatic transmission
• Valid state driver's license
• Ability to operate an automobile
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
