Job summary

Napleton Automotive Group is seeking a Porter at Mid Rivers KIA in Saint Peters, MO to keep the lot and showrooms tidy, transport vehicles, and assist with deliveries. The role supports sales and service teams and requires basic vehicle operation skills and a valid license.

Responsibilities include maintaining vehicle cleanliness, moving units, and participating in general upkeep. This entry‑level position offers training, benefits, and growth opportunities within a large automotive group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid state driver’s license is required.
• Ability to operate a vehicle with manual and automatic transmission.
• Comfort with using hand tools and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly and move units as directed by management.
• Transport customers and dealership personnel as needed.
• Assist with customer deliveries.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and in good repair on lot/showroom.
• Pickup and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships.
• Assist with weather-related cleanup as needed.
• Perform general building and grounds maintenance.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our nextPorter.Located atMid Rivers KIA,thePorter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as they relate to the upkeep of vehicles: including maintaining the cleanliness and readiness in appearance of vehicles, and transporting vehicle and customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Sales/Service managers and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as needed
• Assisting with customer deliveries
• Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom
• Picking up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships
• Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary
• Building and grounds maintenance as needed
• Other functions and special projects may be assigned

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to handle machinery safely
• Ability to drive a manual & automatic transmission
• Valid state driver's license
• Ability to operate an automobile
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
