Job summary

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Porter for Northlake KIA to help maintain the lot and showroom appearance, move units, and support dealership operations.

Responsibilities include vehicle cleanliness, transporting people and vehicles, deliveries, and light grounds maintenance. This entry-level role offers competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a large automotive group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to handle machinery safely and operate hand/power tools.
• Valid state driver's license and ability to drive manual & automatic transmission.
• Must be able to operate an automobile and pass a background check.
• 18+ years of age to comply with driving policy.

Responsibilities

• Keep vehicle lot neat and orderly and move units per sales guidance.
• Transport customers and dealership staff; assist with deliveries.
• Ensure vehicles are clean and in good repair on lot/showroom.
• Pickup and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships.
• Assist with weather-related cleanup and general grounds maintenance.
• Perform other functions and special projects as assigned.

Located at Northlake KIA,the Porter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as they relate to the upkeep of vehicles: including maintaining the cleanliness and readiness in appearance of vehicles, and transporting vehicle and customers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keeping vehicle lot neat and orderly, moving units as directed by the Sales managers and in accordance with dealership display standards
• Transporting customers and dealership personnel, as neededAssisting with customer deliveries
• Ensuring all vehicles are clean and in good repair on the lot and showroom
• Picking up vehicles from storage and deliver vehicles to storage and other dealerships
• Assisting with weather related clean up when necessary
• Building and grounds maintenance as needed
• Other functions and special projects may be assigned

Job Requirements:
