WorldWise Plastics WWP in Lewisburg, TN is seeking a Production Operator to run molding, chroming, painting and assembly lines. You will follow SOPs, monitor quality and safety, and keep a clean, efficient work area in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires standing for long periods, 1+ year of production experience, and the ability to read technical instructions. Overtime and shift work are common in this facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in manufacturing or production (automotive preferred).
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow technical work instructions.
• Familiarity with safety, quality, and productivity standards in a production setting.

Responsabilités

• Operate injection molding machines per SOPs.
• Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure quality.
• Perform machine startup, shutdown, and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor material levels and perform material changes as needed.
• Assemble components using hand/power tools following drawings.
