WorldWise Plastics WWP in Lewisburg, TN is seeking a Production Operator to run molding, chroming, painting, and assembly lines. You will monitor equipment, maintain quality standards, and keep a clean, safe work area while meeting production targets.

The role requires basic mechanical skills, ability to read SOPs, and willingness to work shifts, including nights and overtime. This is a full-time hourly position on-site in Lewisburg.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year experience in manufacturing or automotive.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow instructions.
• Familiarity with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Ability to use basic measurement tools (calipers, gauges).

Responsabilités

• Operate injection molding machines according to SOPs.
• Inspect molded parts for defects and ensure quality.
• Startup/shutdown machines and perform minor troubleshooting.
• Monitor material levels and perform material changes when required.
• Assemble components using hand/power tools and follow drawings.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections to verify assembly.
