Voltava is seeking a Plant Manager III to lead the Avancez production operation in Michigan, guiding materials, assembly, shipping, quality, maintenance, and manufacturing engineering. You will set policies to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals while developing leadership across the plant.

You will apply Lean/Six Sigma methods, manage staffing, and drive continuous improvement to align with customer expectations and business plans. Strong automotive experience is essential.

Formación

• 5+ years in increasingly complex management positions within the automotive industry.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in the automotive sector.
• Proven knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma process improvements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and mentor the leadership team and their direct reports.
• Oversee planning, coordination and direction of all manufacturing activities including safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure staffing levels meet budgeted performance for plant operations.
• Drive lean manufacturing implementation with standard work, procedures and job safety analyses.
• Maintain IATF 16949/ISO14001 compliance and pursue customer quality registrations.
• Collaborate with Sales on pricing, capacity and program management.
