Job summary

Venteon, located near Lorain, Ohio, is seeking a Maintenance Manager with previous experience in an automotive manufacturing plant. This full-time, permanent position offers competitive compensation, bonus potential, and benefits. Responsibilities include managing maintenance operations, overseeing preventive maintenance, budget management, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 3 to 5 years of automotive maintenance management experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of previous Automotive Plant Maintenance Management Experience.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel including Customers & Suppliers.
• Knowledge of Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Electrical systems, and various machinery.
• Read Blueprints and Machine Schematics.
• Knowledge of ISO / IATF16949 Requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate/manage plant maintenance operations and team.
• Implement plant-wide preventive maintenance program.
• Manage and communicate status of all equipment breakdowns.
• Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget.
• Lead or support Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
