Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience leading a complex manufacturing plant.
• Track record delivering improvements in quality, cost, delivery, safety, and productivity.
• Working knowledge of automotive quality and launch methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans).
• Strong Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence capabilities.
• Experience leading new product launches within automotive environments.
• Strong plant-level financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing teams.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall leadership for plant operations including production, quality, engineering, maintenance, safety, and cost performance.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with customer requirements and growth.
• Ensure quality, delivery, productivity, and cost targets are met or exceeded.
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards and customer-specific quality systems.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and standard work.
• Lead new product and program launches from planning through production readiness.
• Establish KPIs and management systems to monitor performance and accountability.
• Manage annual operating plan, budget, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Foster a high-performing, accountable, and safety-conscious culture.
