Ideal candidates have hands‑on leadership, a track record in complex automotive manufacturing, and deep knowledge of quality systems, Lean, APQP/PPAP, and financial management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience leading a complex manufacturing plant or major operation.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering improvements in quality, cost, delivery, safety, productivity, and profitability.
• Working knowledge of automotive quality and launch methodologies (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans).
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for plant operations across production, quality, engineering, maintenance, safety, delivery and cost performance.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligning with customer requirements and long‑term growth.
• Ensure plant meets quality, delivery, productivity, cost and customer satisfaction objectives.
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards and customer requirements.
• Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, and problem‑solving initiatives to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Monitor KPI and manage the annual operating plan, budget, forecasts and financial performance.
• Oversee plant P&L, cost control, labor efficiency, scrap, overtime, inventory and productivity.
• Lead launches of new products and programs in collaboration with engineering and quality teams.
