The ideal candidate will have proven plant leadership, hands-on execution, and a track record of delivering sustainable improvements in quality, cost, delivery, productivity, safety, and profitability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience leading a complex manufacturing plant or major operation.
• Track record of delivering improvements in quality, cost, delivery, safety, productivity, and profitability.
• Working knowledge of automotive quality and launch methodologies, including APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and Control Plans.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence experience.
• Proven experience leading new product and new program launches in automotive manufacturing.
• Strong plant-level financial management, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and P&L responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing teams.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability automotive environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership and direction for plant operations across production, quality, engineering, maintenance, materials, safety, delivery, and cost performance.
• Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with company objectives and customer requirements.
• Ensure quality, delivery, productivity, cost, and customer satisfaction targets are met.
• Maintain accountability for ISO standards, customer requirements, and quality systems.
• Drive a culture of quality, customer focus, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Lead Lean/Six Sigma initiatives and standard work for waste reduction and process improvement.
• Analyze processes and metrics to identify opportunities for efficiency, productivity, quality, and profitability.
• Establish KPIs and management systems to monitor performance and drive accountability.
• Develop and manage the plant's annual operating plan, budget, forecasts, and financial results.
