Ford is seeking an Industrial Engineer to provide leadership and technical direction across asset management, labor planning, and cycle‑time optimization in our automotive manufacturing environment. You will drive continuous improvement through lean methods, standardize processes, and work with cross‑functional teams on new model launches.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering is required.
• 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in automotive manufacturing.
• MODAPTS certification or equivalent time study training is preferred.
• AutoCAD experience is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Plan programs and evaluate labor impact for vehicle programs.
• Perform MODAPTS time studies to establish cycle times and labor standards.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste in Final Assembly.
• Analyze production constraints and optimize process flow to improve throughput.
• Lead workstation layout changes, tooling improvements and process documentation updates.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve methods issues with new model launches.
