Job summary

CrossRoads Ford Group is seeking a full-time Parts Clerk in Indian Trail, NC to stock and dispense parts, verify incoming parts against packing slips, and report shortages or damages. You will prepare shipments for local deliveries and shipments by carrier, keep the receiving area clean, and assist in perpetual inventories.

Data entry and computer use are required. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and teamwork within the parts department, with responsibilities spanning stock

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• Successfully pass drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check.

• Notify parts manager of any shortages or overages when checking in stock, as well as reporting any damaged goods received
• Prepare shipment of parts for local deliveries and parts to be shipped by common carrier
• Responsible for cleanliness of parts department receiving area
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
• Assist in inventory control by participating in perpetual inventories
• Put stock away in the proper locations after orders have been checked in
• Duties require the ability to operate a computer and make data entry
