Responsibilities

• Stocking and dispensing parts.
• Verify incoming parts against packing slips.
• Notify parts manager of shortages/overages when checking in stock and report damaged goods.
• Prepare shipments of parts for local deliveries and for common carrier shipments.
• Maintain cleanliness of the parts department receiving area.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Assist in inventory control by participating in perpetual inventories.
• Put stock away in proper locations after orders are checked in.
• Operate a computer and perform data entry.

Job Duties:

• Stocking and dispensing parts
• Verify incoming parts against packing slips
• Notify parts manager of any shortages or overages when checking in stock, as well as reporting any damaged goods received
• Prepare shipment of parts for local deliveries and parts to be shipped by common carrier
• Responsible for cleanliness of parts department receiving area
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies
• Assist in inventory control by participating in perpetual inventories
• Put stock away in the proper locations after orders have been checked in
• Duties require the ability to operate a computer and make data entry
