Job summary

Crossroads Ford of Apex in Apex, NC is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to join our parts team. You will load parts, deliver to customers on the day's schedule, collect payments or obtain purchase orders, and keep documentation organized for the parts manager.

Candidates should be at least 18, legally eligible to work in the United States, and possess a valid driver's license. Prior automotive experience is preferred, and you will pass drug, background, and motor vehicle checks during the

• One year of experience in the automotive field preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• Successfully pass drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Load parts on truck for that days deliveries.
• Deliver parts to customers according to delivery schedule.
• Collect payment for delivered goods or obtain purchase order when applicable.
• Organize documentation and receipts at end of day for parts manager.
• Assist in loading area and stock room as needed.
• Maintain an accurate mileage log for all deliveries.
• Responsible for cleanliness of delivery vehicle and maintenance checks.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
