Job summary

Crossroads Ford of Indian Trail is seeking a Full Time Parts Clerk to stock, verify, and dispense auto parts at our Indian Trail location. You will assist with inventory control, process shipments, and ensure accurate receiving and packing of parts.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean receiving area, reporting shortages or damaged goods, and performing data entry using our computer systems. A valid driver's license and US work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license.
• Successfully pass drug screen, background and motor vehicle records check.

• Verify incoming parts against packing slips.
• Notify parts manager of shortages or overages when checking in stock, as well as reporting any damaged goods received.
• Prepare shipment of parts for local deliveries and parts to be shipped by common carrier.
• Maintain cleanliness of parts department receiving area.
• Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
• Assist in inventory control by participating in perpetual inventories.
• Put stock away in the proper locations after orders have been checked in.
• Duties require the ability to operate a computer and make data entry.
