O'Reilly Auto Parts seeks a Parts Specialist to deliver a high level of service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management in assigned tasks. You will greet customers, help them select merchandise, assist professional customers, quote prices, prepare exchanges, and manage cash transactions according to policy.

The role also covers stocking, planogram updates, image maker tasks, and occasional deliveries when business needs dictate; in-store services are performed after

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Spanish language skills are highly desired.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
