The Genuine Parts Company, doing business as NAPA, is seeking a Store Associate to serve as the primary contact for customers in the retail store, providing automotive parts solutions and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

You will use product knowledge to assist retail and wholesale customers, operate POS and inventory tools, and support store operations while maintaining a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries and assist with logistics and fulfillment.
• Contribute to store performance through merchandising and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to store processes and standards.
