Job summary

Genuine Parts Company, through its NAPA division, is seeking an Automotive Parts Specialist to source and sell parts for fleet customers. You will use your parts knowledge to assist teammates, answer customer questions, and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a valid driver's license, willingness to learn, and strong communication and listening skills. Airport environment experience is a plus and opportunities for growth within the NAPA team are highlighted.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical or trade courses are a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in a parts store or automotive industry or willingness to learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great listening skills and empathy for customers.
• Ability to work in an airport environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for fleet customers.
• Use your parts knowledge to assist other team members and answer questions for customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians.
• Bring customer focus and high energy to a fast-paced environment.
• Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced.
• Inform customers on parts availability.
