Robert Brogden Buick GMC is seeking a Parts Counterperson to support our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, professional setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with auto parts sales preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers on parts status.
• Provide high level service to internal and external customers.
• Read and understand the parts catalog when looking up parts.
• Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.
• Pull and fill orders from stock.
• Maintain weekly stock checks for accuracy.
• Notify parts manager of out-of-stock parts needing attention.
• Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources when needed.
• Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up.
