Group 1 Buick GMC South is seeking a qualified Auto Parts Counter Sales Associate to join our team. You will operate the retail parts store, assist customers in identifying and purchasing parts, and coordinate with service staff to ensure timely parts distribution.

The role emphasizes customer service, accuracy in transactions, and maintaining organized inventory while representing a professional, process-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Parts sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Operate the Retail Parts Store and support the Service and Collision Parts Departments as needed.
• Assist internal and external customers in identifying, locating, and purchasing automotive parts and accessories.
• Process parts orders, invoices, and customer transactions accurately.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to locate and distribute parts in a timely manner.
• Communicate parts updates, availability and order status to customers and internal team members.
• Receive, stock, and organize daily parts shipments while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean work area
