Mills Auto Group is seeking an Automotive Parts Counterperson to pull and fill parts orders, locate out-of-stock items, and serve Technicians and Guests with quick, accurate service. You will coordinate with Service Advisors and maintain clear pricing communications while upholding our guest-first culture.

The role emphasizes strong organization, time management, and precise calculations in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Pull and fill internal and external parts orders for pickup, delivery, or shipment.
• Locate parts from outside vendors when stock is out.
• Communicate prices/quotes to Guests and collect payments.
• Ensure parts requests are billed properly and technicians receive parts timely.
• Conduct weekly bin checks to maintain accurate inventory.
