NAPA, a Genuine Parts Company store, is seeking a Parts Professional to deliver prompt, courteous service in store or by phone. You will look up parts in catalogs or POS, process orders accurately, and advise customers on parts selection.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, warranties, sales programs, and assisting store staff with cataloging and POS systems. ASE Parts Specialist certification is a plus.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to establish and maintain courteous, efficient service.
• Recognize part numbers and codes quickly and accurately.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting and handle pressure.

• Provide prompt and courteous service in-store, over the phone, or at the dealer's shop.
