Genuine Parts Company is seeking a Store Pro to deliver top-tier customer service in our Napa-branded auto parts store. You will provide accurate parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers, use product knowledge to assist teammates, and operate POS and cataloging tools in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes a positive customer experience, effective communication, and teamwork. This position reports to the Store Manager and offers opportunities for growth within the store

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate systems including POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries and pull/prepare orders for customers and drivers.
