Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management in daily tasks, with bilingual candidates encouraged.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, returns, and assisting professional customers. Training will be provided for store operations and equipment, with occasional delivery duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply (Spanish preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Support store management and installer service specialists as needed.
• Promote and follow customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions with accuracy.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Conduct daily store tasks: stocking, planogram updates, and housekeeping.
• Perform in-store services and, if trained, operating test equipment.
• Possible delivery duties when business needs require.
