Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide top-tier service to retail and installer customers while supporting store management in daily tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and training will cover up-to-date service programs and cashier operations.

The role involves greeting customers, assisting with merchandise selection, handling phone inquiries, processing transactions, returns, and contributing to planogram updates and daily store tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs, e.g. Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot.
• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and/or installer service specialists with serving professional customers as needed.
• Complete assigned training relevant to the position.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts and quote prices, and offer related items.
