Job summary
O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will support store management, greet customers, assist with merchandise selection, and ensure accurate cash handling and transactions.
The role includes processing returns, handling complaints, and aiding with daily store operations and services where allowed by law. The position emphasizes teamwork, professional customer service, and thorough product knowledge to drive sales
Qualifications
- Provides excellent customer service and assists customers in selection of merchandise.
- Ability to multitask and handle in-store and phone inquiries.
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and quote prices.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
- Support professional customers and installers as needed.
- Process cash/credit transactions and handle exchanges/returns.
- Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
- Assist with store operations: stocking, planograms, and cleaning.
- Perform in-store services within state/local regulations.
