Job summary

Motion in Phoenix, AZ seeks a NAPA Automotive Parts Specialist to provide and source parts for our fleet customers and to share parts knowledge with team members. You will answer questions and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced setting.

Required are a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED; willingness to learn auto parts; strong verbal and written communication, plus listening skills and empathy for customers. Airport environment experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn auto parts and background in parts store preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for fleet customers.
• Use parts knowledge to assist team members and answer customer questions.

• Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced.
• Inform customers on parts availability.
