Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging and sales is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions securely.
• Process exchanges and returns following company policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, and assist with daily store operations.
• Perform in-store services and basic car-related tasks as trained.
