The position involves stocking, planogram updates, and occasional delivery duties. Required ASE certification and knowledge of automotive parts, with multilingual ability encouraged to better serve diverse customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Multitask between phone and in-store customers.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• Spanish language ability encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Support installers and professionals as needed.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions securely.
• Process exchanges and returns per company policy.
• Address customer complaints in a courteous manner.
• Assist with planogram updates and stocking shelves.
• Perform daily operational tasks and stock adjustments as needed.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when required.
