Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promptly meet and assist technicians and retail guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Obtain correct parts and accessories for technicians and retail guests in a timely manner.
• Accurately price parts using the proper pricing source and enter data in systems.
• Answer calls promptly and help satisfy inquiries.
• Stock incoming inventory in the correct location and keep the department clean.
• Provide customers with needed information and upsell when appropriate.
• Create and maintain merchandising displays to promote product sales.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
