Job summary

LKQ Corporation in Portland, OR is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. You will promote sales of new and existing products, deliver excellent customer service, and evaluate customer needs related to car parts, pricing, and services.

Essential duties include providing information on warranties, processing orders, and developing relationships with customers to grow the business. Prior automotive parts knowledge and bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of related experience required.
• Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on warranties, price, quality of parts, delivery times, and payment methods.
• Complete internal documents supporting any transaction (credits, invoices, work orders and returns).
• Prospect and develop relationships with potential customers to cultivate new business.
• Inform customer of unit prices, shipping date, delays, and additional information needed by customer.
• Advise customers on substitutions or modifications if a part is unavailable.
• Process orders: entry, review for handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping data.
