Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Commercial Specialist to support CPP-led sales, coordinate deliveries from order to dispatch, and manage store vehicle readiness. You will assist with account visits, upsell, and maintain inventory knowledge to drive commercial performance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR, and flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends. ASE certification is a plus and customer service excellence is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to work across days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support CPP-led commercial sales and assist with dispatching and coordination of deliveries.
• Manage store vehicle fleet maintenance, safety checks, and readiness.
• Engage customers, upsell/cross-sell, and support in-store inventory and backroom.
• Lead organization in delivery areas and assist with POS and inventory systems.
• Conduct account visits, outbound calls, and touchpoints with commercial customers.
