Job summary

Sheehy Ford of Richmond (Municipal) is seeking a Parts Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail, capable of working collaboratively with teammates in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include checking in parts daily, posting receipts, coordinating deliveries to wholesale customers, stocking shelves, and tracking parts for orders.

Qualifications

• Front-line customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Check in parts received by the department daily.
• Post receipts to computer system.
• Coordinate deliveries to wholesale customers.
• Stock shelves and maintain bin locations.
• Keep track of the parts for the special-order customers.
• Maintain the scrapping of the warranty bin and other trash.
• Keep track of returned parts for wholesale accounts.
• Random bin counts.
• Ongoing training to advance to Parts Sales Consultant.
