Sheehy Ford of Richmond is seeking a Parts Runner to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, stay organized, and work well with team members in a fast-paced setting. Prior automotive experience is a plus.

The role involves checking in parts, posting receipts, coordinating deliveries, stocking shelves, and tracking parts for special orders. Strong computer skills and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Reynolds and Reynolds experience a plus.
• Knowledge of parts system.
• Computer skills.
• Customer handling skills.
• Must pass a pre-employment background screening, MVR check, and drug test.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Check in parts received by the department on a daily basis.
• Post receipts to computer system.
• Coordinate deliveries to wholesale customers.
• Stock shelves and maintain bin locations.
• Keep track of the parts for the special-order customers.
• Maintain the scrapping of the warranty bin and other trash.
• Keep track of returned parts for wholesale accounts.
• Random bin counts.
• Ongoing training to advance to Parts Sales Consultant.
