Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro for our Lehigh Acres, FL location. The role combines advanced automotive parts knowledge with expert store system proficiency to help customers both in store and over the phone.

You will handle DIY services, stock management, and maintain store presentation, while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to safety and inventory procedures. The position requires 3–5 years in automotive parts, a valid driver’s license, and strong English

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfilling customer transactions
• Must have a valid driver's license
• ASE Certification preferred but not required
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
